A preliminary magnitude-7.1 earthquake struck off the coast of the Philippines on Wednesday. No tsunami threat for both the Philippines and Indonesia due to epicenter of the earthquake about 180 miles offshore and at a depth of 58.4 km, however damage and aftershocks are expected.
