A major Solar Flare peaking to X6.4 was unleashed by active sunspot region 13590 at 22:34 UTC. This was the largest solar flare since September 2017. This Active Region has now released three major X-Class Solar Flares in 24 hours all of these blasts have been impulsive and do not seem to have produced any related Coronal Mass Ejections.
An X1.7 event at 06:32 UTC (Feb 22) and an impulsive X1.9 solar flare at 23:07 UTC (Feb 21). This active region continues to grow in both size and magnetic complexity which means additional solar flares will be likely in the coming days.
