The second strongest solar flare of the current solar cycle, an X3.3 event was unleashed around Active Region 13575 at 13:14 UTC . A large coronal mass ejection is now visible exiting the solar corona however because this active region is now located behind the southwest limb, it will be directed away from Earth and aimed directly at Venus.
A fast moving CME and (S2) Radiation Storm Warning: This flare event produced an energetic, fast moving coronal mass ejection (CME) that does not have an Earth-Bound component.
