Active Region 13738 unleashed a strong X1.3 solar flare peaking at 02:34 UTC this morning. No significant CME has been see leaving the solar corona however there have been three flares the last 24 hours that could have space weather changing conditions felt here on the earth sometime July 17th into 18th.
