A Major X-Class Solar Flare was unleashed off the solar corona from Active Region 13217 on February 11, 2023. The blast took place at 15:48 UTC while the sunspot region was not in an earth-facing position earth-facing position so the incoming (CME) Coronal Mass Ejection around February 15 where very strong geomagnetic storm could be possible however the bulk of the Coronal Mass seems to be headed north of Earth and upward.
