Confirming this is the April 2023 Total Solar Eclipse termination node that indicates an event to come. This video will also look into the 2024 Solar Eclipses and their relationship to another future event for the Hawaii Region from 2025-2007. This is the 9th video in the series that shows the direct corresponding relationship between Earthquakes, Volcanic Eruptions and the Solar Eclipse. More information can be found in the links bellow:

SUPER NEW MOON March 10, 2024 https://quakewatcher.com/super-new-moon-march-10-2024/ Wed, 28 Feb 2024 02:48:07 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3074
2024 will see a series of three Super New Moons in a row. The first took place on February 9, the other two will be on March 10 and April 8.

Super New Moons, like any other New Moon, are usually not visible from Earth, but the dark night skies provide great opportunities for some night sky watching. Some natural phenomena can’t be seen with the naked eye, but their effects can be. Such a phenomenon happens this Sunday when our satellite swings particularly close to Earth. It will do so just a few hours after a new moon, which will bring rare “king” tides… and will even send a huge wave backwards up a mighty river. So what is a super new moon, and why is it so important? What is a super new moon?

New moon is when our satellite’s orbit takes it between the Earth and the sun. It’s not a precise match-up — that would be a solar eclipse — but when the moon is close to the sun as seen from Earth, only its far side is illuminated. This happens every 29 days, once per lunar orbit, but this month’s new moon is a little different. It’s closer than any other new moon of 2024 at precisely 356,893 km from Earth. That makes it a super new moon.

You may have heard of a Super Moon, when Luna appears bigger and brighter in the sky than average, but this month’s Full Moon is the opposite: a Micro Moon! The Moon is nearing its apogee, the farthest point from Earth in its orbit, which it will reach in just over 24 hours. So, the Full Moon may appear just a bit smaller and dimmer than usual. However, the difference will be hard to notice!

Major X6.4 Solar Flare | Feb 22, 2024 https://quakewatcher.com/major-x6-4-solar-flare-feb-22-2024/ Fri, 23 Feb 2024 01:55:02 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3071 A major Solar Flare peaking to X6.4 was unleashed by active sunspot region 13590 at 22:34 UTC. This was the largest solar flare since September 2017. This Active Region has now released three major X-Class Solar Flares in 24 hours all of these blasts have been impulsive and do not seem to have produced any related Coronal Mass Ejections.

An X1.7 event at 06:32 UTC (Feb 22) and an impulsive X1.9 solar flare at 23:07 UTC (Feb 21). This active region continues to grow in both size and magnetic complexity which means additional solar flares will be likely in the coming days.

Major X2.5 Solar Flare February 16, 2024 https://quakewatcher.com/major-x2-5-solar-flare-february-16-2024/ Sat, 17 Feb 2024 02:50:32 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3064 A Major X-Class Solar Flare was unleashed off the solar corona from Active Region 13576 on February 16. The Flare peaked to X2.5 at 06:53 UTC the eruption took place as this active region was rotating off the earth-facing side of the disk therefore no earth directed component of the resulting strong (CME) Coronal Mass Ejection and no geomagnetic storms is expected from todays blast. Todays flare now ranks the fourth strongest solar flare of the current solar cycle.

Major Earthquake Watch New Zealand/Eclipse 2026-2029 https://quakewatcher.com/major-earthquake-watch-new-zealand-eclipse-2026-2029/ https://quakewatcher.com/major-earthquake-watch-new-zealand-eclipse-2026-2029/#respond Sat, 17 Feb 2024 00:15:41 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3060 Major Earthquake Watch New Zealand/Eclipse 2026-2029

The New Zealand Mainland is moving into a significant phase for Solar Eclipse influence between the years 2025 through to 2028, the overlapping eclipse movement should see another period for heightened seismic activity across New Zealand comparable to the period of 1929-1934 which registered 5 separate earthquake events greater than 7 Magnitude (M7 Arthur’s Pass 1929, M7.3 Murchison 1929, M7.4 Hawke’s Bay 1931, M7.3 Napier 1931 and M7.2 Pahiatua 1934). Direct eclipse symmetry that ties back to 1715 pre M8.1 Alpine Fault release of 1717 has an almost identical signature to the upcoming 2026 Solar Eclipse which may indicate significant movement across the Alpine Fault in the years 2026 through to 2029. This video explores all major earthquakes across New Zealand with their Eclipse foreshadows and celestial relationships to determine possible future earthquake periods.

Major X3.3 Solar Flare | Feb 9, 2024 https://quakewatcher.com/major-x3-3-solar-flare-feb-9-2024/ Sat, 10 Feb 2024 01:54:09 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3054 The second strongest solar flare of the current solar cycle, an X3.3 event was unleashed around Active Region 13575 at 13:14 UTC . A large coronal mass ejection is now visible exiting the solar corona however because this active region is now located behind the southwest limb, it will be directed away from Earth and aimed directly at Venus.

A fast moving CME and (S2) Radiation Storm Warning: This flare event produced an energetic, fast moving coronal mass ejection (CME) that does not have an Earth-Bound component.

Major Magnitude 7.0 Earthquake rocks China’s Southern Xinjiang | Jan 22, 2024 https://quakewatcher.com/major-magnitude-7-2-earthquake-rocks-chinas-southern-xinjiang-jan-22-2024/ Mon, 22 Jan 2024 23:38:14 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3041

A Magnitude 7.0 earthquake occurred in Southern Xinjiang Province, China, at around 18:09UTC January 22. The epicenter was about 126 km (78 miles) south-southeast of Kyzyl-Suu, Kyrgyzstan, and 135 km (84 miles) west-northwest of Aykol, China. The tremor occurred at a depth of about 27 km (17 miles), and moderate-to-strong shaking was probably felt across western Xinjiang Province, parts of eastern Almaty Region in Kazakhstan, and eastern Kyrgyzstan. There have been no initial reports of damage or casualties as a result of the earthquake. It could take several hours until authorities can conduct comprehensive damage assessments, especially in remote areas. Aftershocks are possible over the coming days.

Officials may temporarily shut down transportation infrastructure in the tremor zone to check for damage. Minor disruptions could occur during shutdowns, but service will likely resume quickly if no damage is found. Utility outages are possible, particularly near the earthquake’s epicenter.

EARTHQUAKE WATCH AUSTRALIA 2031-2034 (Solar Eclipse Symmetry) https://quakewatcher.com/earthquake-watch-australia-2031-2034-solar-eclipse-symmetry/ Sun, 14 Jan 2024 04:08:37 +0000 https://quakewatcher.com/?p=3032

A Solar Eclipse Termination event will take place late in 2030 across Queensland and a continental path of totality crossing over the east coast of Australia in 2028 due to this clustering of eclipse movement an important earthquake event will be possible for South East Queensland or Newcastle New South Wales during 2031-2034 with an expected Magnitude of 6.5. Areas in Queensland that are most at risk for this event are: Gayndah, Eidsvold, Bundaberg, Ravenwood or the Capricorn Coast. Newcastle would be at risk for a very large event in the years 2028-2031 More information can be gained through the video presentation and through website newsletter from www.solarwatcher.net.
